You have what it takes to heal.

We all utilize different coping strategies to avoid circumstances and emotions that are simply too painful to face.

But when those strategies stop being useful and start interfering with our ability to thrive, we may feel depressed, anxious, or stuck struggling with difficult emotions that we’re unsure how to process.

Working together,

we’ll help you develop the strength you need to face difficult emotions, so that you no longer have to rely on strategies that aren’t serving you. 

You’ll learn how to connect with your body and practice deep awareness of what strategies you are currently using to manage difficult experiences.

You can also tap into the innate wisdom your body already has about where your pain comes from and meet the young parts of yourself which need love and care.

As a result, you can start to form a more harmonious relationship with all the different parts of you, rather than being in conflict all the time.

THE PROCESS

First, we’ll schedule a phone call to assess if we are a good fit to work together. *

If we move forward, we'll have a 50 minute session every week. There is no time limit on how long we work together; we’ll continue until you feel you are ready to stop.

$250/ Session
