Seeking Secure Attachment.

Get clarity on your attachment style, and what strategies you should use to find a healthy relationship.

I created this workshop to give everyone the fundamental information about attachment that I wish a therapist had given me in my early twenties.

No therapist that I ever worked with ever talked with me directly about my attachment style, even though I was always struggling with dating and relationships.

This live online workshop will explain the different attachment styles, the ‘blind spots’ of each attachment style, and the best strategies for each attachment style to find healthy romantic or platonic relationships.

I will guide you in some somatic exercises that will reveal the core attachment fears that are currently blocking you, and show you how to soothe those fears.

  • -you are unsure what your attachment style is, or unsure of the unique needs and patterns of your attachment style

    -you have been actively seeking a healthy relationship for six months or more but can’t seem to find what you’re looking for

    -you’ve sought dating advice from books or podcasts and tried to apply it but it hasn’t worked for you

    -you’re unsure how to identify ‘red flag’ behavior, and unsure when you should give someone another chance or walk away
